Step By Step Routine
1. Prep: Brush teeth and rinse. Dry your teeth with a tissue for better adhesion.
2. Peel: With dry hands, peel one strip for the upper teeth and one for the lower.
3. Apply: Align the straight edge of the strip with your gum line, press gently, and fold the remainder behind the teeth to secure.
4. Wear: Leave on for 15–30 minutes (or as directed on your box).
5. Remove: Peel off and discard. Rinse mouth to remove any residue.
6. Repeat: Use daily until the 14 strips are used or as desired. Avoid deeply colored foods/drinks (coffee, tea, red wine) for about an hour after use.
